Spaying subsidy for Octi, rescued cat (Serene Lai Huei Ching’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for this case.

Hi Dr.Chan,

During one of my trips to a forest, I saw a docile black medium sized kitten (named her Octi). I told Octi to come back again to the same spot next week and I’ll be back with a carrier. She really came back. So we packed her up and made arrangements for her spaying 🙂 After her spaying and negative test for FIV/FELV, we released her nearer to the restaurants so she could continue to live there as before. Attached are her photos and receipt. Can I apply for her spaying subsidy please?
