The Kinabalu climb begins tomorrow!!

We wish Hillary, Mabel, Marco, Brian and their families a safe, successful and enjoyable climb up the highest peak in South East Asia, Mt Kinabalu!!

Their climb begins tomorrow. Let’s cheer them on and wish them well!!

We also wish to thank all well-wishers, donors and supporters who have contributed to our fund to help the four teenagers fulfil their aspiration of raising funds for the animals.

Details of the climb:

Climb starts on 28 Dec morning and will reach Laban Rata in the evening,. Take a short rest (6 to 8 hours) and then start to climb for the second leg from 2am on 29 Dec to the peak (Low’s Peak which is the name of the British surveyor I think) and we will descend to the Mt Kinabalu park on the same day of 29 Dec  after reaching the peak brtween 6 to 9am of 29 Dec.

We are now in Mersilau Nature Lodge. We will commence our climb at 8am tomorrow morning. Will keep you updated where possible.
