Here is the rescued dog:
The friend (the elderly man) contacted PLUS but they arrived after the dog had been rescued. Some motorists showed the “middle finger” at our friend because he left his hazard lights on to rescue the dog.
A kind Indian gentleman stopped to help. We thank him most gratefully.
I’ll visit the dog soon.

It sometimes baffle me… people who claim themselves as ‘Holy than thou” can still be cruel to God’s creation. Those people who gives the middle finger … are the lowest of the low. Just ignore them. They are not worth our time. Let’s just help those in need. Perhaps one day, when they are in the middle of the divider needing help, other people will just give them the middle finger 😀 (Yes, i’m mean!)
