We are entering our 5th year now…

Oh my gosh, I almost forgot….today is AnimalCare’s 4th anniversary and it took a donor to remind me just now! Chucky & Blackie have banked in a donation to commemorate our 4th anniversary with us. They always remember – Thank you so much!

It was on 31st May 2009 that we started and we are four years old today.

Happy Birthday to us….Thank you everyone, for supporting us all these 4 years.

There’s work to be done, so let’s get down to doing more work!

If the statistics in the box above is up-to-date, and we take a rough estimation of 1000 animals (agak-agak average). So it’s 1430 + 1228 + 814 + 1000 = 4472. Divide that by 4 years, then we get a rough estimation of 1118 animals helped per year. Betul tak? Shy because there is a math lecturer here and I’m always the math borderline fail-pass person. 😀

But it could be more because the education and food fund figures could be way higher. Hmmm … how to estimate it more accurately?

The figures in the box are up to date until yesterday and it’s 3472 as of yesterday for 4 years (no need to add 1000), divide that by 4 years, that would be an average of 868 animals per year, but actually, that’s not correct because the figure increases every year. And yes, we don’t count the Food Fund, Education Fund and other intangible, unquantifiable ways. So, in conclusion, we cannot quite estimate as we cannot quite quantify charity. We just do the very best for each animal and that would be good enough! Thank you for your support!
