8th Update: Whitey’s happy ending (from Yap Mei Han)

We are really happy for Whitey and his rescuers! This is a happy ending to Whitey’s story, or should we say, a happy “beginning”?

We wish Whitey a wonderful life in his new home.

It is always an occasion for great rejoicing and celebration when a street animal is taken off the street, a sick animal is treated and eventually finds a loving home.

One life at a time, we carry on…for the animals.

Dear Dr Chan,Whitey is doing really really well.  He gained back his weight and absolutely happy now.  He was discharged from the clinic yesterday and has been sent to the sanctuary today.I enclose some photos of him running around and playing with his new found friends.  I am so happy to see a positive change in him.  He is totally transformed into an active and happy dog.  It’s like he truly living his life to the fullest.

Vedra and I are grateful for many kinds people who has helped us during this difficult period. We couldn’t ask for more and would like to express our deepest appreciation to Animalcare, the vet who attended to Whitey, our dearest friends for their sponsorship & prayers, the shelter in Ipoh and Whitey’s “home” (the sanctuary) now.
