I’m really pleased that the army green turned out to be as authentically army green as it comes. I’ll bet Mr Zurik and his Shrew Squad had something to do with this!
This message is for everyone.
Most people want to be kind to animals. But not everyone can rescue or foster animal street animals. Not everyone can adopt or rehome them. Not everyone can go out daily to feed them. Not everyone can do wildlife conservation.
But anyone, if he/she chooses, can go meatless once a week. After all, it’s only once a week, but it will make a WORLD of difference to the many animals whom we will save from being slaughtered.
A meat-eater, on the average, consumes about 11,047 animals in his/her lifetime. Let’s cut down that figure by going meatless once a week (or more!) and encourage others to do it too!
