Medical and neutering subsidy for 1 male cat, Comet (Norely Abd Rahman’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the neutering of Comet, RM25 for his vaccination and RM5 for his deworming. This subsidy of RM130 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM50) and Berjaya Cares (RM80).

Dear Dr. Chan,

Comet was found loitering around my school compound with now where to go. I took him and sent him to the vet. He was spayed, dewormed and is flea free. I have put him up on petfinder. Can I claim for your medical subsidy based on your terms and conditions? I will photocopy the vaccination card and post it to you.
