Vaccination subsidy for 4 rescued Siamese kittens (Nicole Kuang Wei Fen’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the 1st vaccinations of these 4 Siamese kittens.

Dear kah yein,

 

a family of 4 kittens and a mummy was found at Sri Petaling construction side on 12/3/2014.
can you believe it? so beautiful Siamese were stray?

I no think too much at the time, and immediately I bring their whole family back to my home and planning for adoption when vaccinated and de-worm.
they are so cute and with the Siamese face, I believe that they are easily to re-home.

 

Files attached are they pictures and vaccination card.
I swear, there are 3 siamese kitten. I got photo to prove it. I no “copy & paste” … haha …
They 3 all look almost the same.

 

the mother cat and 1 of the siamese kitten not feeling well, so no vaccination on today, 21/3/2014.
need to vaccination later.

today, 21/3/2014 only 3 kittens for 1st vaccination and de-worm.

1 of my cat got Gairdia and 2 cats flu,
so to protect those Siamese kitten, the last kitten (No;1 white sock) also vaccinated on 22/3/2014.
he was confirm by doctor that he can do vaccination on that day.

so, all 4 kittens already vaccinated, except the mother cat.
here, I would like to apply for 1st vaccination & de-worm for this Siamese family of 4 kittens only.
The mother cat, I apply it later. not to confuse you.
