It’s easy to have meat-free meals

I eat meat-free lunches at the chapfan stall every work-day. Just choose the vegetable dishes. It’s that easy!

And we went out for Father’s Day celebration yesterday to Pasta Zanmai and I ordered these:

Edamame beans, a good source of Omega-3 and a delicious potato salad!

I think I’ll upload this to KindMoments at KindMeal.my!

We ordered fried mushrooms too (forgot to take a photo!).

And since my father is bed-ridden, we bought the potato salad and another tau-fu dish back for my parents. My parents are vegetarians, have been so for a full 16 years now. They were twice-a-month vegetarians initially, but became full vegetarians at age 65. Both are 81 years old this year.

So, it’s never too late to opt for a healthier and more compassionate diet.

Let’s make a difference and make our actions count!

Do please watch this (again and again) and spread the word: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152697895780299&set=vb.32799215298&type=2&theater (nothing gross in it)
