Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for one stray male cat. He is cared by a security guard. Initially I brought the cat to the vet was for flue , but since I saw a lot of injured marks on his body due to fighting. I decided to have him neutered. After neutering,  I have released him back and reunited with his security guard father.  I name him Tiger.

Once my application has been approved, I will immediately send the original form and receipt.  Thanks!
