We are pleased that we are starting the year with two orders from our Gifts by Donation.
This this an Elmo-themed blanket. The Elmo cloth is donated by Ms Ooi and the backing cloth is from Agnes Cheong (thank you, both!). An old friend requested for a pink blanket as a gift and we thank her for her donation to our Fund.
This simple no-frills tote bag is also by special request from one of our regular donors. Luckily and coincidentally, my mum had just enough canvas cloth to make this bag to the specific dimensions as per requested. We thank our regular donor for his very kind donation to our Fund too.
In a way, this bag is very “symbolic” and apt because 2016 is projected to be a no-frills year, economy-wise. Let’s all be prudent in our spending and go for no frills as far as we can. But let’s still spare a thought for all the animals who need our help.
