Good morning Dr Chan! I’m writing to apply for neutering aid for one female cat which I picked up from one nasi lemak stall at Taman Pelangi. She had the surgery on 14 Aug. Due to having fever, i had to board her at the vet for more than a week. On 23 Aug, I picked and released her back. I will continue checking on Pumpkin (her name given by my daughter ) also gave one pack of dry food to the nasi lemak workers and asked them to help me feed Pumpkin.

Please let me know my application has been approved. I will send the original receipt and form to you asap.
