The Patio equilibrium reverted to what it was before, rather quickly too.
I’m still trying to understand how much Rosie’s illness affected Daffodil and Ginger.
Rosie is gone now…
The consolation is that Daffodil and Ginger are back in the house. At least they are safe.
They want to come out too.
Last week, we made this sandpit for the PatioCats and Tiger.
Tabs was the first to use it. Tabs is very good at using sandpits and litter boxes.
We also extended the sandpit in Bunny’s Garden.
Tiger lives in the living room all the time, but I put him back once a day so that he can use the sandpit inside (which he prefers).
Cleo is still defending Bunny’s Place with all her might.
Her duty is on the ledge. And her battle is always with G-Cuz or Mr Zurik. Yes, Mr Zurik comes onto the ledge too.
Mr Zurik also comes to the Stargate to look for a fight every day. Usually, this is Cow or Indy’s fight. But Bunny takes over at times.

Pole has accepted Tabs into her condo.
Indy likes the simple life.
He’s so happy with his springy bed.
An old chair. Sheer bliss.
Or a cushion. Also sheer bliss.
After weeks of being “grounded”, Indy got to come out this morning. He was so happy.
Indy was grounded because he escaped to the roof more than a month back.
Although Jia-Wen bought these mats for the cats, Indy still prefers his floor mat.
Indy likes the simple life.
So, life goes on for all the cats. I’m getting used to saying we have 12 cats now. I even mistakenly called Daffodil “Rosie” the other day.
Time will heal…eventually.
