From the looks of it, Bella’s nest was finished yesterday. In the morning, I saw her sitting comfortably in it too.
There was also no more flying back and forth.
But by afternoon, I did not see Bella at all and the nest was empty.
Early at dawn today, Ginger was making noise at Stargate2 and it sounded like he was fending off Gingertom. Ginger doesn’t like Gingertom and Bushy White and there would be war cries whenever they come into our porch or garden. But they also don’t come very often these days.
Since morning today, I have not seen Bella. Gingertom was mooching around on the neighbour’s roof and he attempted to come into our garden, but we chased him away.
As you can see, the nest looked completed. But where is Bella?
I fended off Gingertom today.
Yes, good boy, Ginger.
I didn’t do anything to scare Bella.
Of course you didn’t, Tabs. We know.
I hope Bella will come back. But then again, if she thinks the nest is too low and there is danger from Gingertom, maybe she has decided to build a nest elsewhere instead. Well, safety comes first.
