Today, Robin does not need steamed pumpkin anymore!
The vet advised yesterday that pumpkin is actually more suitable for constipation, even though it is often thought that it works both ways.
And I think I have “trained” Robin to eat alone long enough by now, so I let him rejoin the clan for breakfast this morning.

Robin is on the left. Smurfy came excitedly and ate too, but fled the moment I lifted my hand to get the syringe for Vetri DMG. So I now know. I must not even move while Smurfy is eating.

He fled to other room. That’s quite clever, isn’t it?
I left his bowl there for him and later, he ate.
Among the five, Lynx and Rey have to lose some weight. Minnie and Smurfy – to maintain. Robin, to gain another 200g only. So here is Robin, eating some leftovers.
But my raw-feeding friend told me that when on raw food, there should be no danger of becoming obese since it’s mostly proteins.
When the catio is ready, we would have to ensure the boys get enough exercise every day. Minnie will probably have enough – she’d be climbing everywhere to make attempts to escape.
The birdies, if I’m not mistaken were hatched four days ago, so it would roughly take six more days before they leave the nest. Now, both Bella and Felix are feeding them devotedly. We will not let Minnie-5 into the catio until the birdies have left the nest. Cannot take that risk. Minnie might still have her hunting instincts intact.
But Ginger definitely has not disturbed the nest at all. Good boy! And Tabs just watches too. Good girl.
