Minnie’s boys visit Bunny’s Place

Last night, Uncle Ginger spent the whole night with Minnie and the boys at the catio. No fighting sounds were heard, so all was well.

This morning, the boys managed to open Stargate and enter Bunny’s Place as well! We were in the midst of doing Cleo’s subcut when suddenly, we saw Lynx walk across the door. How did he get in?

Before I could answer that, another little head popped in to say hello. It was Robin and then, Rey, and then, Smurfy. All four had entered Bunny’s Place and was happily exploring the place.

How did they get in??

Did they scale Stargate to get in? That would be a feat befitting only of Minnie, I thought. The boys did it? All four of them scaled Stargate??

Anyway, there was no need for any panic alert as Bunny was in the condo. Indy remained sleeping at his penthouse (top of condo), Cow was sleeping in his new favourite box while Cleo was having subcut done on her.

Then, after Cleo’s subcut, we checked and solved the mystery. Stargate was slightly ajar.

The boys must have jumped or climbed up, put a paw on the door handle and opened it. Clever, eh?

Well, one of our visions is also to eventually open Stargate and everyone would have free access from Bunny’s Place all the way to Ginger’s Catio. We didn’t think it would happen so soon, though. The boys beat us to it?

After their short visit, we got everyone back where they belong.

Minnie did not visit Bunny’s Place. She’s probably thinking, “Opening the door and walking in? That’s way below my standard.”.

Nowadays, only Cow, Bunny and Cleo eat lunch at Bunny’s Place. Indy has decided he doesn’t need it. Tabs and Ginger will eat as well, not that they are hungry, but because it’s a habit. I decided to maintain Minnie and her boys at two meals per day. So, they don’t get lunch, but they get the occasional snack of dehydrated chicken treats which they absolutely love.

Here’s Uncle Ginger sharing the snack with everyone. I think all will be well – Ginger will be able to get along with them, as he did before.

But we would still need to get our fiberglass mosquito netting replaced with stainless steel because Ginger knows how to open them. The boys know too, but has not done it so far.
