Smurfy is actually not a threat, but Ginger wasn’t taking any chances.
Smurfy seldom comes into the house; he is usually up on the platform with his mum, Minnie. But it rained heavily today, and so I let everyone into the house. Smurfy got curious and decided to say hello to Baby J on the mattress.
As soon as Smurfy approached Baby J, out of the blue, Ginger came. He postured and chased Smurfy off the mattress.
Look at the body language between Ginger and Smurfy.
Ginger and Smurfy actually got into several scuffles over this. Harmless ones, luckily.
Baby J is trying to stop them.
