A few days ago, Ginger defecated inside the house. On two occasions and in the most unlikely of places which involved a lot of heavy-duty laundry.
We think he’s either gone bonkers on those two occasions or it’s because we have been letting Robin, Lynx, Smurfy and Minnie into the house whenever it rained heavily. Rey is always in Bunny’s Place so that’s settled.
To break the habit, we had to let him go out to the catio for a full 24 hours.
But one thing good came out of it, eating with Minnie-5 meant that Ginger could not be choosy. Ginger is very kiasu, so when he sees Minnie-5 eating their raw food, he too doesn’t want to lose out.
So Tabs took over fulltime as the babysitter.
It really isn’t so bad for Ginger as he gets a full view of what’s happening inside the house.
We let him back in after 24 hours.
