Rey attacked Cleo this morning. Whether it was just a playful act or an act of aggression, Cleo responded by hissing and a fight would have broken out had I not intervened.
Cleo just had her eye scratched by Smurfy yesterday and is thankfully healing now without needing a visit to the vet’s, so we simply cannot risk another incident.
For now, an immediate restraining order has been imposed on Rey. He is not permitted to come over to Bunny’s Place.
But cats adjust so incredibly well. There was no protest from Rey at all. He simply…

…took over Minnie’s spot on the lookout platform. Come to think of it, what is Lynx doing up there? I’ve never seen him up so high before.

Rey: I cannot go over to Bunny’s Place? Never mind, I’ll just sit here then. No biggie.

Here is what we did, temporarily. Where you see the two jars is Rey’s launching pad.
This is Big Bad Robin, by the way. He’s also a bully.

Happiness is quickly adjusting to changing circumstances.
That is why cats have survived for more than 15,000 years living amongst humans. And they will continue to survive!
Viva la Gato!
