I’ve renamed Kalel “Cheeto”. It’s much easier name to pronounce!
Cheeto came early this morning. He’s the mild-mannered looking ginger cat who was sighted with Creamy the other day. I am not sure if Cheeto is male or female, but I guess he is male. 80% of ginger cats are males.
There was a lot of leftover kibble in the bowls, but as you probably know, cats only eat “fresh” kibble. They don’t eat leftovers.
By the time I came out, Cheeto had left. He’s a very cautious cat, even more cautious than Riley. He will not be easy to catch. Maybe Cheeto is female? But not likely since he was sighted with Creamy.
I think Cheeto is only here because our colony is now temporarily free of other male cats with Gerald and Creamy still at the vet’s. Maybe when both of them come back to the colony tomorrow, Cheeto will not come anymore. Cheeto isn’t from here. For that matter, Gerald also isn’t from our street. He is from another street. I know where the cats are because I take morning walks around the neighbourhood every morning.
An update: The vet texted that Gerald and Creamy are both okay! They finished all their food. Yay!

Cheeto did not eat the leftover kibble.

Samantha came and demanded for “fresh” kibble.

For many days now, since Riley is indoors, it seems to be that Samantha too wants to come in. That’s the vibe I get from her. I could be wrong, though. She’s welcome to come in, but we cannot keep her inside. She has to go back to her kittens.
