Thank you so much to everyone who has shared Bunny’s life with us through the years, and especially during his final weeks. It touches us deeply that Bunny had so many friends and supporters.
Thank you very much for the outpouring of messages through phone, blog comments, FB comments and for your silent prayers and wishes too.
I wish I could thank every one of you individually and properly but please know that I have read all your messages and am deeply touched by them.
We come alone and go alone. This is the reality of life. But during our short stint on earth, what matters most is the happiness that we can bring to others. As my mother used to say, “the greatest blessing is to be able to give”.
Bunny gave us so much love, laughter and affection.
During his final weeks and whenever it mattered, you too gave me comfort so that I didn’t feel so alone in our endeavour to help make Bunny as comfortable as possible. Every comment and message that I read at the end of the day really warmed my heart and for this, I thank you very, very much.
For all the outpouring of affection and love I have received during Bunny’s lifetime, I wish you ten times more!
