This morning, I was up at 3am. I know, it’s crazy. But a bad sore throat and a toothache woke me up.
Anyway, I fed the kittens.
They were so active at 3am.
Cats are nocturnal and active at night. And they sleep in the day time.
Kai and Akira licked a bit of Primal too. So they are showing interest in solids already.
I checked with my raw feeding friend. He says to better wait until 4 weeks to make sure their stomachs are ready for solids. I know the website said we could start at 3 weeks. I don’t dare yet. Maybe I’ll just wait for a few more days, unless they really want to try and eat Samantha’s Primal.
Samantha is back to feeding Kai but only Kai.
But she is definitely in heat and wants to go out.
But she does help after I feed the kittens. She grooms them and then, lets them suckle for comfort.
Gerald makes a racket outside the window each time. And this makes Samantha more determined to get out. I’m so glad we have security windows now. It’s escape-proof.
