This morning, the miracle happened…
I saw her eating, not much, but at least she is willing to lick some food that isn’t located inside her room.
But each time I open Misty’s room, Riley still tries to rush in. I cannot allow that as Misty might be more scared. Riley is totally socialised and very forward in making friends.
I know it’s not fair to Riley to give her room up for Misty, but I don’t have any other quarantine space. Misty would have to vacate the room by next Monday or Tuesday at the latest because I’m planning to get Samantha spayed on Tuesday and then, she would have to be separated from her kittens for a few days for recovery of the surgical site. Riley can still use the room with Samantha inside. Why, Riley could be Samantha’s daughter from an earlier pregnancy.
Alternatively, there is Tabs’ room which is our master bedroom. But that’s not fair to Tabs!

As for Riley, she seems to be taking anorexic meals as well. Oh well, girls will be girls, I guess. maybe I’m just so used to having boys and they eat like monsters!
