We are almost finishing Cow Mau’s 14-day Doxy treatment and he has improved so much!

Cow’s pawing has healed by leaps and bounds too though there is still a little bit of it (the pawing). But he doesn’t have to eat baby food anymore. He eats Cubgrub (more watery) and can even eat Coco&Joe’s too.
I reintroduced him to Coco&Joe’s by scooping bite-size balls of food into his bowl so that he could just pick up small balls of food. This worked very well. But now, I don’t even have to do this anymore. He is able to pick up the Coco&Joe’s all by himself without pawing anymore!
The vet says if Cow Mau starts pawing vigorously again, he may need another Vetacortyl injection again. So we would just have to monitor his eating.
Meanwhile, Cow Mau is on Orozyme twice a day and also Vetri DMG (once a day). Hopefully this helps as well.
For a 17+ year old FIV+ cat, we are definitely not complaining!
