What short-lived joy and relief….
This morning, I found two blobs of oatmeat poop at the sandpit. One was at Indy’s spot and the other not too far away, presumably also from Indy.
The poop did look rather yellow, as though it had pumpkin in it.
I’m quite sure it is from Indy and not from Cow Mau because Cow defecated on the grass outside the sandpit to show me that is his spot. I also know that’s Cow’s spot. He has been doing it there for sometime now.
So, is it Indy’s or Cleo’s? We still do not have confirmation because our CCTV camera has konked.
But if the poop looks yellow and pumpkin-ish, I believe it’s Indy’s.
Do I want to try the next item on the list?
Switch him to raw rabbit? Slippery Elm (which sadly, has never worked for any of our cats but I hear it has for others’)?
Tomorrow is their appointment at the vet’s and I was told me bring a scoop of sample of Indy’s oatmeal poop for the vet to check.
What a let down! But I should have known it wouldn’t be as easy as this. After all, it’s Indy, isn’t it? Our medical mystery, the one who befuddles everyone, including vets!
