Sorry, we have no idea where it is available. The best is to get in touch with Prof Miyazaki himself.
There’s no way to contact him. I looked and looked nothing available. My female 15 year old cat has Kidney Disease. But I doubt she makes it till 2025 which is projected as the approval date for his new drug.
I’m doing stem cell therapy for my three CKD cats. Maybe you could give that a try?

Although a new drug that is expected to overcome kidney failure, the fate of cats, is still far from being commercialized, food and treats containing ingredients that activate AIM are available in Japan under the supervision of Professor Miyazaki.
