Tabs’ 4th medicated “massage”

It’s been rather cold for the last few days. The weather is changing from scorching hot previously to a much cooler temperature.

I was waiting for a really hot day to give Tabs another medicated bath, but it did not happen. And she needs another medicated bath because she’s really been biting all her subcut needle prick spots.

So, instead of wetting her body, I just massaged the medicated shampoo onto Tabs’ spots and let it stand for 10 minutes with her on the e-collar.

She was okay with this procedure but not too happy when time was up and I needed to wash the shampoo off. Then I tried to dry her with the hair-dryer, and that’s when all hell broke loose. She jumped and panicked at the sound of the machine!

But luckily it was a small patch, so it dried naturally.

Here she is. Not angry. The ProHex shampoo isn’t working as well as it did on Robin. For Robin, two baths cured his balding. Maybe it’s because Tabs is a biting issue.
