At about 3.45pm, Jayden suddenly said that he wanted to “check on Juno”. So we went upstairs and I brought along some food too.
Jayden remembers that he must be very gentle with Juno. He knows.
He wanted to give this basket to Juno and rock her in it, but she was still eating.
By the way, Juno’s weight at the vet’s yesterday, right after rescue, was 375g. Today, using our weighing scale, she is 400g.
Jayden patiently waited as I fed Juno. Then, he took the basket downstairs all by himself and brought up some toys for Juno to play with.
What did you bring for Juno, Jayden?
He brought up his favourite toy, Pig, Rubble, a jar of beans and an empty container. Aww…
Then, Jayden took pictures of Juno with my phone. Below are two of them.
My plan is to feed Juno four times a day. She is currently on Cubgrub, only about 1.5 teaspoon each time. She needs some coaxing before she would eat. So, a lot of patience and time is needed. She would just lick some, chew a bit and I need to wait awhile and then repeat the whole process again.
Finally, we finished and Jayden brought all his toys down again, all by himself. Nowadays, Jayden doesn’t need our help. He wants to do everything all by himself.
