When Gerald is outdoors and he comes back to our porch, he mews. He doesn’t yowl.
So, yowling is complaining and demanding to be let go.
Last night, for the first time in more than two weeks, we had uninterrupted sleep….finally! Gerald did not come mewing at all, so we slept through the night.
It was only in the morning that he came mewing back. Not loudly, just at a normal mewing volume.
He ate his raw chicken gizzards.
The wound has shrunken so much until it was not possible to flush the insides anymore. So I just cleaned the outside and applied iodine and Fustadin onto it.
I kept him inside the house for awhile before he started yowling again. We had to let him out.
Creamy has been coming daily for food. He loves raw food. If only the Blondies did too! Creamy knows what’s good for him and he knows how to “tell” me that is what he wants.
I later went for a walk and chanced upon Bully Cat on another road.
I’m told that Bully Cat is a big Siamese cat. I think this must be him as this is his road. Apparently, he goes into other houses and terrorise cats in those houses. I have not seen him on our road before.
But last night, we saw Bushy at our gate and we had to chase him away because Gerald is outdoors now.
Lizzie wasn’t hungry this morning though we offered food multiple times. It is either she is scared of cats and she’s just being kind to cats because when the cats are eating, she shies away. Charlie and Socks came to eat the roast chicken.
