Juno’s eating well. It’s still Cubgrub Chicken. I buy the CKD Chicken for everyone as it has no bone. Our vet is always concerned about too much bone in raw food. The rest of the raw food has grinded bone. So I supplement with CKD Chicken (no bone, just eggshell powder) and cut-up raw chicken meat, with the intention of reducing the bone content per meal.
If you look at Juno’s photo, she is still thinner at the neck. That’s because two weeks ago, blood was drawn from the jugular vein and the area under the chin had to be shaven off. I was hoping and waiting for fur to grow back, but then, two days ago, again, she was shaven there for another jugular blood draw. Poor thing. I hope it will be a long, long time (years!!) before any blood draw is needed and once older, it can be taken from the paw, not the jugular.
Back to the eating story, Juno is eating well. Yay!
Tabs also wanted some.
And on the way out to give some to the Monsters….
Believe it or not, Akira wanted some as well!
Whenever the Blondies want any raw food, they get it!
Tried to persuade Indra to eat some, but she repeatedly refused. She’s waiting for kibble, but I’m not giving it to her. Not today.
