Remember the injured magpie whom we rescued about six days ago?

Lizzie’s adopter, Mr P, has experience in nursing birds, so he very kindly took over the bird.
This morning, he informed me that Birdy has flown off to the trees at his house. She flew off very fast too!
So, the magpie has recovered from the injured wing and is now free again!!
Be free and happy again, Birdy!
I hope Birdy will reunite with her partner at our park again. It’s just a short distance away from Mr P’s house.
When Birdy was injured by the cat at the park, her partner swooped down to protect her and chase away the cat, then later, a whole fraternity of magpies came to offer support from the trees too.
