This morning, Gerald came earlier but refused to eat even though he was alone in the porch.
Later, Creamy came and there was a huge territorial issue.
Creamy took offence that Socks had already come in and there was posturing and antagonism from Creamy until Socks shied away.
Then, Lizzie came and Creamy took issue with that as well.
Oh well…
Watching Socks go away and not happy with Lizzie’s presence as well.
Since when did you become so territorial, Creamy? This is a shared space and it’s actually also not your home. You only come to eat.
I managed to distract him from being antagonistic towards poor Lizzie (luckily, Lizzie had already eaten).
He came in but was too angry to eat.
Lizzie wanted to come in to lepak, but decided not to anger Creamy, so she went away.
Gerald was nowhere to be seen.
Creamy ended up not eating at all. It’s your loss, Creamy, if you want to be so bossy. Can’t live and let live?
Hunger doesn’t seem to be a primary emotion in cats. Being territorial and fear are!
