At 4.48pm, I heard the familiar mew from afar. It was Gerald!!
So I quickly went out to the porch and called for him. He finally came from the neighbour’s roof!
Here he comes! Gerald!! You’re back!
I offered him his favourite tuna canned food in the garden, but he didn’t want any of it.
On the bench, also no.
I brought him into the house for observation and offered his favourite gizzards and cut-up raw meat. It was still a “no”.
I even opened a can of AD and offered it and he didn’t eat. Finally, just to ensure he has some sustenance, I force fed him the gizzards, raw meat and some canned tuna. Hopefully, he’s not hungry because he has eaten at another house (I really hope so).
He wasn’t happy inside the house, as expected and kept yowling till no end. He didn’t look injured too, so after giving him a dose of Vetri DMG (immune booster), I let him go.
No sooner had I released him than he disappeared again. I don’t know where he went as I went into the house and by the time I went out, he was already gone.
I’m glad Gerald came back and I hope he will come back again tomorrow morning. Or, maybe tonight?
