Juno was afraid of the fireworks last night and went to hide behind the piano. It would be her first time hearing such thunderous sounds.
This morning, a desperate owner was going around our neighbourhood looking for his dog who had escaped from his house last night during the fireworks. Two of his dogs escaped but one came back. The other one is still missing.
We can only hope that one day, humans will realise that fireworks do so much harm to animals and the environment and stop lighting up.
