Greetings from the hospital

Hi everyone.  I’m writing from the hospital now.  Still admitted, and would be so probably (hopefully) for only one more day.

I told husband to go home last night and stay with the cats. So he did.

This morning, we texted so that I could tell him who to feed what. Luckily I had recently labelled all the food in a very systematic way. There are 15 of them. Not everyone eats the same thing.

My concern was mostly Juno and Tabs. The rest should be fine.

Oh, Juno escaped from the front door last night. Quite an adventure too. Luckily husband caught her back.

So, this morning, husband sent me all these feeding photos as proof…haha. He did a fantastic job, truly, especially for for one who has not fed them before.

He even did Tabs’ subcut! But he couldn’t do the force feeding for Riley which is fine, because that’s not easy to do. And he couldn’t do Tabs’ meds because it requires the pilling technique. That’s ok.

As long as Juno and Tabs have eaten. The rest should be fine. Robin was up to his moods as well, but he finally ate too. Even Gerald and Creamy ate.

All good.

I cannot be discharged yet. I have to stay at least another day. But that would be another story which is probably not for this platform. I’m ranting over at my personal FB for that!

Thank you very much for all your kind messages. The wifi here is very spotty and I might not be able to reply to all messages. But your kindness means the world to me.

Here are today’s feeding photos! The pictures speak for themselves.
