Weight check – how much weight did I gain by sitting in the hospital room for 4 days straight?
None!! Yay! Otherwise, my months of efforts to lose 7kg over 4 months would have gone to waste. At least I don’t have to start from scratch in this area.
Now, begins the long, long road to recovery. It takes weeks or months to recover from pneumonia. I’m not exactly out of the woods yet. There is still a check-up in 2 weeks’ time to see the condition of my lungs. So, it’s not over yet.
And I have to restart all my food plans to address my fatty liver, etc. I had just started them when the pneumonia bug hit me and put everything to a halt.
But I’m finally HOME!!!
