The wonders of Whatsapp, truly.
This morning, while I was having my IV-infusion done, I was also texting new instructions for the cats’ feeding and supplementation.
Here are some photos.
Juno has regained her appetite after yesterday’s third vaccination!
Husband says he wants try this combo for the Blondies to make them eat the Cubgrub. I said it won’t work, because they will go for the kibble! But he can try.
Haha.
He had to replace the Cubgrub with another plate of kibble for Akira. So, the Cubgrub went to the Monsters.
Meanwhile there was the usual Gerald-Creamy drama in the garden resulting in Gerald asking to eat only at the rubbish compartment and Creamy in the front porch.
This is a normal every day occurrence for me too!
Next up is little Juno’s new supplements – the Pro-Fibre.
Pounded until very fine and added to Feline Gut Soothe and some Ciao treats.
She licked up most of it but still managed to leave some Pro-Fibre behind which was force fed to her.
This is new – Ginger’s supplements. I thought I’d spare husband from this, but it’s been four days now, so better give it to him.
And Tabs’ Fortekor had to be replenished.
Found it!
Yes, done!
All is well.
This morning, it was massive disinfecting and cleaning at our house.
I’ll be home soon….in maybe six hours? And feed them dinner!
Hubby just arrived at the hospital now, I told him to come later since my discharge is after 7pm but he wanted to be here. It’s been so tiring for him, I’m sure, but he certainly rose to the occasion in managing the cats, something he had not done before! Salute!
This unprecedented episode has reminded me what my former university professor once told me: Nobody is indispensable. If you are gone, someone will take over. Knowing this is actually very reassuring, isn’t it?
