…with success!
After one day of cooked food, this morning, the Monsters had a 100% raw meal with Cubgrub again, and they ate!
So, what they need is variety. Only Ginger had his cooked food since the vet has advised that he should be on cooked food at this age. I agree. The protein is broken down in cooked food making it easier to be digested.
Yummy for Robin!
In the afternoon, I gave them a snack of Cindy’s Recipe Puffz. They sapu habis. We were all busy with making glutinous rice dumplings, just to retain the tradition.
Jayden made spaceship rice balls. He flattened them all.
Ryan, being more mature, enjoyed making and eating them.
As per our home tradition, there will be “worms” and “cubes”.
I used spirulina, kale, beetroot and turmeric powder for their natural colours.
Now, back to the feeding experiment…
For dinner, the Monsters had Fur/Ball and a plate of cut chicken. Fur/Ball is a locally-made cooked cat food in satchets.
It comes in four flavours, which is perfect for protein rotation. Our cats like all of them. This brand is particularly good for Juno who has to go on cooked food. I’ve been using this brand for more than a month now, and have ordered several rounds.
This is their website: https://tryfurball.co/ (there are many useful articles in it).
Fur/Ball’s founder is a medical doctor (not a vet, but a human doctor) who gave up practising medicine to pursue his passion in making quality cat food. He is very approachable and generous with his knowledge. And the full list of ingredients is on the packet. Any ingredient you don’t see is not in the food. The nutritional analysis is also given on the website.
If you’d like to try Fur/Ball, please use this promo link: https://tryfurball.co?ad_id=axOyCXpUw3 (you will be given a discount).
