Last night, I had another scare.
I could not find Juno’s toy puppy (named Puppy).
My short-term memory is getting really blurry these days. But I remember distinctly that I put Puppy into the carrier when Juno went for spaying and I definitely checked that Puppy was in the carrier when I brought Juno back home. But after that, where-oh-where did I put Puppy?!!
So I started searching all over the house, practically turning everything upside down.
Juno was around but unaware of what I was doing.
It took me a long time before I finally found Puppy!! Under a cupboard! I think Riley must have played with Puppy and as with all her puffballs, Puppy also landed up under a piece of furniture.
Needed a stick to dig Puppy out. If you are wondering why the left eye is bigger, it’s because the bead went missing some time ago and it was on the morning of Juno’s spaying that I went out to buy embroidery yarn to sew in a new eye. That is why it is bigger than the original “bead” eye on the right.
