Kelly is doing well. I went down to the guardhouse to check on her. She’s eating well and her incision is nice and dry. I also managed to get a melamine plate for her as her feeding bowl. A kind neighbour donated it from her kitchen. So I brought the plate down along with a metal spoon because the guards don’t have any for the canned food. I also brought three more flavours of canned food for Kelly to try. The guard has been feeding her the Monge kibble I provided and he says she likes it.
I’ve also ordered a new pack of Monge kibble and Cindy’s kibble for her as well. Later I shall be buying a stainless steel bowl for her water. Now, the guards use a plastic jar which is difficult to clean. In our weather, moss grows very quickly. I’ll include a sponge for them too.
Hello, Kelly!
By mid-morning, when we drove past, Kelly had gone to the VIP’s house. She seems to have a daily schedule of what to do. As we were passing, we caught a glimpse of the VIP. He’s an elderly man. I’m glad he doesn’t mind Kelly presence in his garden. She does need a rain shelter, especially during thunderstorms.
All is well.
