Indra and Akira outsmart our “lesson plan”!

The “lesson plan” refers to trying to teach the Blondies a lesson so that they will stop bullying little Juno.

The plan involved letting the Monsters, especially Rey, into Bunny’s Place so that their presence would keep the bullies in check, or so we thought, but after two sessions, Indra and Akira are way smarter than us!

This morning, the moment I opened the door to place their food bowls, both decided they would sacrifice breakfast and zoomed out to the Safehouse. Only Kai remained inside with his mother, Samantha.

Indra is out.

Akira too.

So they will be spared from Rey’s “lessons”.

Actually, it is Indra and Kai who need to be schooled. They are the bullies.

Tabs is totally okay with anyone coming into her territory as long as they maintain their distance from her. There is so much space in the Safehouse, find your own spot.

I opened Stargate and the Monsters went in. I don’t know what happened but after awhile, there was a very loud alteration. I rushed in to see tufts of fur on the floor and Samantha had gone up to the lookout. Kai was nowhere to be seen. The Monsters had also rushed back to their catio.

Later…

Ok, Kai is safe.

Juno witnessed the whole thing from the bench. The Monsters don’t bully her at all.

Later, Rey wanted to pick a fight with Smurfy and I had to stop it by putting a water scoop over Rey’s head to break the eye contact.

It was only much later that the two smart Blondies asked to go back in. They had a late breakfast, but eating has never been a priority for the Blondies.

Juno must be telling Riley all about it. While Juno and Tabs can go out to the catio, Riley steers clear of it.  She’d rather play it safe. Riley prefers going to Bunny’s Place because she was the Blondies’ babysitter when they were growing up so she is well-respected there.
