I went to give Kelly a post-breakfast treat this morning.
Kelly was resting midway up the road and she was very happy to see me. We both walked down back together to the table at the guardhouse area.
For the past few times, she no longer accompanies me up the road, which is a good thing. She stays at the guardhouse area.
I went for a morning walk after that and met a distant neighbour who told me that a very long black cobra was spotted a few houses away from ours a few evenings ago. It must be the hot weather bringing out the reptiles who need water.
The weather has been scorching hot. This afternoon, it was 35 degrees.
