Who is the new Mommy’s Pet?

I’ve witnessed this change for a few days now.

Awww….look at that!

Indra is the new Mommy’s Pet! This is nice for a change. Well, finally! Indra was the runt of the litter and neglected by Samantha during her infancy. That is how I ended up handfeeding her, and Kai and Akira too, but mostly Indra. Now, Indra is the heaviest of the three. In any case, for the first two years, Kai was the clear favourite of Samantha. She didn’t pay much attention to Akira and Indra.

So, finally!! Indra has some maternal affection now.

Akira is still the middle child. You know what they say about the middle child syndrome.

Awww…Kai, you have not been dethroned. You just need to take turns now, ok?

Ironically, Indra also doesn’t bully Juno anymore nowadays. It’s Kai and Akira who bully her, and yet, silly little Juno has the Stockholm Syndrome and still loves going in to Bunny’s Place…to be bullied.
