I injured my ankle yesterday. I slipped at the gym and heard a loud “CRACKKKK!!”, and thought I had broken or fractured a bone. How else would you account for the loud “crackkk” sound? But funnily, it felt okay right after that and I was able to continue at the gym. I even walked down to feed Kelly upon my return. My ankle only started swelling after a few hours and I was already at home then. Delayed reaction?
It’s still swollen today, but I can still walk, so I think it is probably a nerve issue, maybe?
Anyway, work goes on as usual (doing Tabs’ subcut). See the ice pack on my ankle?
