A few days ago, I was really glad to meet up with a kind lady who comes by to feed Kelly early in the morning. The guard says she drops in to feed Kelly “food from a tube” almost on a daily basis.
This explains why Kelly looks so prosperous and is seldom hungry these days. I think she has several other food sources too. So the guard says I don’t really have to feed Kelly on a regular basis anymore.
