Life goes on

As much as we miss Ginger and Tabs, I’m glad Minnie and Monsters have not been affective negatively by the demise of their favourite Uncle Ginger. I did bring Ginger’s remains in to let them say goodbye on the morning he passed away.

They are all eating well and normally, so that’s good.

The Blondies did not have much ties with Ginger or Tabs, so they are all okay.

Akira

Akira loves sitting up high.

The Blondies are all kibble-queens. They do eat wet food as well, but they love kibble. I worry if they get enough water, so I hydrate the kibble.

I failed to get the Blondies adopted as a family. Was worried that as I grow older I would not be able to look after them as well as I looked after all our previous cats. So I asked “everyone” that I knew and trusted but nobody could take them. Looks like I’d just have to do my best for them.

Here’s Juno and her favourite puppy-toy. She still loves this toy, which was her first toy when she was rescued.

And of course, this is Riley.

There are 11 of them indoors, plus one noisy and demanding Gerald in the porch. I’ll just have to do the best I can for all of them.
