As I’ve written before, when it comes to nutrition, there are a few camps: The Raw Camp, The Cooked Camp, The Prescription Diet Camp (for sick cats), The Kibble Camp, etc. Within these camps, there are also the dieheart I-am-right-you-are-wrong camps (in each one).
I do not belong to any camp in particular, but I am doing my best to learn, for the sake of all our cats. I will listen to vets and nutritionists who have our pets’ best interests at heart.
And I’ll choose to listen to my cats, too. :))
From what little I know, I am inclined towards the Quality-Protein-for-our-Obligate-Carnivores Camp. Raw or home-cooked or canned is fine – I’ll ask my cats which they like!
