It’s been one month since Bunny had the eye ulcer.
From what we can see, the ulcer hasn’t healed completely. The healing process has been incredibly slow. However, Bunny has finished all his medication and is now also finishing his eye drops as well. He’s been off the painkiller too and the eye doesn’t seem to bother him, which is a good sign. Hopefully, the ulcer will eventually heal and no further medication or intervention is required.
Now, it’s back to regulating his bowel movement. It was affected by the two-week course of antibiotics, but as soon as that finished, the bowel movement has been quite regular again. Of course he is still on Lactulose, his probiotic, his extra water and now, with virgin coconut oil and FurCoco coconut fiber.
Whenever it rains, I have to sit him on my lap where he feels safe.
