Now that we have gone green in that all our application forms are e-forms, applicants do not need to post their forms and documents to us anymore for the neutering and vaccination aid.
We would like to record our utmost gratitude to Ms Amy Lim of Subang Pet Products for allowing us to use her mailbox for the last 11 years as our postal address (for the first 2 years, it was my home address). It has been such a tremendous help!
We hope all applicants will keep in touch with our announcements and will no longer submit hardcopy forms.
For anyone who needs help in filling up the e-forms, please write to me at chankahyein@gmail.com or get a friend to help you. It’s a matter of learning how to do something new.
