Tabs isn’t as prominent as Ginger when it comes to babysitting Jayden.
While Ginger allows Jayden to wrestle with him and practically put his whole weight on Ginger’s body, Tabs is afraid whenever Jayden gets a little excited. Well, Tabs is, after all, a scaredy cat. She is afraid of many things.
This afternoon, it rained suddenly and I rushed out to collect the laundry and at the same time, Bunny asked for food, so I had to feed him and everyone else. When I came back to the living area, what did I see?
Jayden was happily splashing water at the cat’s water bowl and who was beside him?
It was Tabs!
Tabs was sitting beside Jayden, obviously keeping an eye on him while I was away collecting the laundry.
Good girl, Tabs!
Tabs is nearby.
Jayden gets excited and wants to play with Tabs, but Tabs runs.
Jayden doesn’t give up. But Tabs has gone up the piano now.
Tabs: I’m safe…phew! But I’m watching from up here too.
